The owner and head chef Steven has been a chef since learning the catering skills as a teenager and he has gathered knowledge whilst working in kitchens in Hilton Hotels in London, Forte Heritage hotels in Sussex and in the heat of Marbella.
We have also catered in the most prestigious establishments, including Wollaton hall, Newstead Abbey, Holme Pierrepont Hall, Newark Town Hall and Thoresby Courtyard amongst others.
